Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: 28 October 2026.
REDDES TECNOLOGIA LTDA · CNPJ 22.345.703/0001-94
1 Scope and separate requests
This Policy applies to Pilot by REDDES TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian CNPJ 22.345.703/0001-94, at Rodovia DF-250, Km 2,5, QD 03, Conj. 06, Casa 02, Região dos Lagos, Brasília/DF, CEP 73255-904, Brasil. Contact: contato@reddes.com.br; REDDES business WhatsApp +55 61 99264-3683.
Canceling renewal, requesting a refund, and asking for account closure or data deletion are separate actions. The payment channel depends on the provider identified at checkout and on the receipt.
2 How to cancel renewal
To cancel renewal, visit /pagamentos, select “Cancelar renovação” and then “Confirmar cancelamento” (cancel renewal and confirm cancellation). Paid-plan access remains through the covered period. The account then returns to Free and its limits apply.
Cancellation does not close the account or automatically delete applications or backups. Preserving resources does not guarantee unrestricted availability above Free limits. Cancellation does not authorize deletion of servers, repositories, or applications in customer infrastructure.
For Paddle purchases, you may also use the buyer portal linked in the purchase confirmation or https://paddle.net. Paddle’s buyer terms govern that billing flow. Keep the confirmation and contact contato@reddes.com.br if you have difficulty.
3 Account closure and deletion
To request account closure or deletion of personal data, email contato@reddes.com.br. These requests are not processed automatically. Canceling renewal does not close your account or delete its data. Provide only the minimum details needed to identify the account. Do not send passwords, private keys, or full card numbers.
Requests must be handled under applicable rights, retention obligations, and disclosed technical limits. The Privacy Policy describes current retention and distinguishes REDDES-held data from customer-infrastructure data. No immediate deletion of every log, audit, or backup is promised.
4 Statutory withdrawal in Brazil
Where the relationship and transaction are subject to Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code, a consumer may withdraw from a contract made outside the supplier’s business premises within the statutory seven-day period, counted from signing or receipt of the product or service, as applicable. Amounts paid during that period must be repaid immediately, with monetary adjustment, under the law.
This right does not depend on a free trial. This Policy includes no general waiver of withdrawal merely because the product is software or the customer first accessed it. A customer’s status as a business does not, by itself, determine whether mandatory protections apply.
For a Paddle purchase, use Paddle’s channels and explain that you wish to exercise the applicable statutory right; REDDES must assist with referral where necessary. For a Brazilian purchase through Asaas, use contato@reddes.com.br. The process must enable timely exercise of the right without improper barriers.
5 Refunds and mandatory rights
Defects, failure to honor the offer, incorrect charges, and other legally protected circumstances will be assessed under applicable rights. This Policy does not exclude legally required refunds or other remedies and does not establish a blanket rule that all payments are nonrefundable.
For Paddle purchases, Paddle’s current refund policy preserves mandatory local rights. It also provides for discretionary consideration of certain requests submitted within 14 days; that possibility does not guarantee approval. See https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy and the terms of your purchase for the relevant conditions.
Consumers in other countries may have their own rights, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Exceptions for digital content or services depend on legal conditions and the actual transaction; no global or automatic waiver is presumed. The mandatory protection applicable to the transaction must be honored.
REDDES offers no additional discretionary commercial refunds. Canceling renewal, by itself, does not give rise to a prorated refund for unused time. This rule does not displace mandatory rights or prevent Paddle from deciding requests under its own conditions and responsibilities.
6 Requests processing and effects
When requesting a refund, provide the transaction identifier, date, and account email, limited to what is necessary. Give a reason only if you wish or where relevant to the assessment; exercising an unconditional statutory withdrawal right does not require justification. REDDES or the provider may request relevant additional information without asking for secret credentials. Requests must be answered and processed under applicable legal duties.
Paddle-purchase refunds must be processed through Paddle’s flow, not directly by REDDES outside it. For other charges, REDDES will handle the request with the applicable provider, respecting legal duties.
The repayment method and appearance of the credit depend on the transaction and provider, without displacing any legally required repayment deadline. This Policy does not promise a fixed statement-credit timeline or permit delay of a legally due refund.
A full refund or confirmed dispute may remove subscription coverage; a partial refund, by itself, preserves coverage. These technical effects do not determine refund eligibility or replace statutory rights. Cancellation does not authorize deletion of resources in customer infrastructure. The right to challenge a charge in good faith is preserved; a dispute does not, by itself, constitute fraud or misuse.
Request account closure, deletion, or information about your data at contato@reddes.com.br. Retention and deletion follow the treatment described in the Privacy Policy and applicable statutory rights.
