1 Service provider

Pilot is software for deployment, continuous integration and delivery, and server management, provided by REDDES TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian CNPJ 22.345.703/0001-94. These Terms govern use of Pilot. The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy addresses subscription cancellation and requests for repayment. The conditions presented in the offer and during purchase also apply, without reducing mandatory legal rights.

2 Account and access

You must provide accurate information, keep your contact details current, and protect your access credentials. If you act for a company or other organization, you must have authority to bind it to the agreed conditions and administer the access you authorize.

You must have legal capacity to contract and, when acting for an organization, authority to represent it. These Terms must be available before purchase; acceptance of a version not properly presented is not presumed.

Notify REDDES through support if you identify unauthorized access. Grant your organization’s users only the permissions they need and retain control over your integrations, tokens, and credentials. The duration and revocation of each credential type depend on the contracted feature and the settings actually available; no perpetual access is promised.

3 Pilot scope and customer infrastructure

Pilot offers the plans below. Free is a no-charge plan, not a trial of the paid plans. Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions without a free trial. No guaranteed availability, specific support response time, or SLA is created unless expressly contracted.

Backup quotas apply per organization and are shared across its servers and applications. The marketed 20 GB and 100 GB correspond to 20 GiB and 100 GiB, calculated using 1,024³ bytes per unit. Retained and partial managed-backup copies count; customer-owned destinations do not count toward this quota. These are not application-storage quotas.

When you connect repositories, servers, or third-party services, you authorize the access and operations needed for the features you use, within the permissions you grant. This may include files, databases, configurations, and logs for deployment and backups. You must be authorized to use those environments and assess actions before running them. A subscription does not transfer ownership of customer infrastructure to REDDES.

You must maintain backups and recovery procedures appropriate for your applications unless REDDES specifically agrees otherwise in writing. This responsibility does not remove REDDES obligations for failures attributable to it or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4 Permitted use and customer content

You may use Pilot during your contracted access period in accordance with these Terms and your plan limits. You must not use the service for unlawful activities, infringe third-party rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious code, compromise other systems’ security or availability, or circumvent legitimate access or billing controls.

Your code, data, and other materials remain yours or their respective owners’. You grant REDDES only the permissions needed to perform the operations you request and provide the service. This clause grants no license for advertising, sale of content, or training artificial intelligence models.

Pilot and its proprietary components remain owned by REDDES or its licensors. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of the software. Third-party integrations may require separate accounts and terms; those agreements do not remove REDDES legal responsibilities for its own actions.

5 Prices billing and renewal

Monthly paid-plan prices are below. Free has no monthly fee. The total price, currency, taxes, and renewal arrangements must be presented before purchase.

For international purchases processed by Paddle, applicable taxes are added to the reference prices as shown at checkout. No exchange rate between Brazilian reais and US dollars is implied, and not all payment methods are necessarily available in every country.

When a purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the reseller and merchant of record responsible for that sale and its billing. Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy apply to its sale. REDDES remains responsible for providing Pilot and meeting its other applicable obligations. Paddle’s role does not extend to Brazilian transactions processed through Asaas.

Subscriptions renew for the period and under the authorization presented at purchase until canceled. Cancellation stops renewals and preserves the already-paid period, subject to statutory rights and the effects of a full refund or confirmed dispute. Price changes will not apply retroactively; future periods require adequate disclosure and respect for cancellation rights.

6 Cancellation nonpayment and termination

To cancel renewal, visit /pagamentos, select “Cancelar renovação” and then “Confirmar cancelamento” (cancel renewal and confirm cancellation). Paid-plan access remains through the covered period. The account then returns to Free and its limits apply.

Cancellation does not close the account or automatically delete applications or backups. Preserving resources does not guarantee unrestricted availability above Free limits. Cancellation does not authorize deletion of servers, repositories, or applications in customer infrastructure.

To request account closure or deletion of personal data, email contato@reddes.com.br. These requests are not processed automatically. Canceling renewal does not close your account or delete its data.

An incomplete payment may affect coverage and paid-plan access under applicable billing conditions. REDDES may restrict access to the extent necessary to address unlawful use, unauthorized access, a concrete security risk, a legal order, or a material breach. Measures must be proportionate and respect disclosure duties and applicable rights. A good-faith billing dispute does not, by itself, constitute fraud or misuse.

7 Privacy and responsibilities

Pilot use may involve personal data and operational information. The Privacy Policy describes processing for which REDDES is responsible. When acting on a customer controller’s instructions, REDDES must respect documented instructions and each party’s role.

Each party is responsible for its obligations and for acts attributable to it under applicable law. Software and integrations may experience interruptions or failures, but this does not exclude legal duties, mandatory warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8 Changes and resolution of issues

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through available relationship channels, with notice and acceptance as required by applicable law. New conditions will not retroactively change existing obligations. Cancellation rights will be preserved.
